Office Staff cum Counsellor Location: Ahsien International School , Jamshedpur Employment Type: Full-time Ahsien International School invites applications for the position of Office Staff cum Counsellor to assist in the efficient management of day-to-day administrative and counselling functions. The ideal candidate should be organized, proficient in MS Office applications, and capable of maintaining effective communication with parents and staff. Key Responsibilities: Manage the front office desk, greet visitors, and handle parent inquiries with professionalism. Maintain and update school records, files, and documentation. Draft and issue official notices, circulars, and correspondence. Handle data entry, reports, Question Paper printing and documentation using Excel and Word. Support school management in day-to-day administrative operations. Assist in student and parent counselling when required. Coordinate with departments for smooth communication and information flow. Schedule Interviews, collect CVs documents etc. Communicate requirements to vendors, collect quotations, and schedule deliveries to meet school timelines and event needs Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (preference for candidates with administrative or counselling background). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Organized, punctual, and able to multitask efficiently. Prior experience in a school or educational setup will be an advantage.
