This is a full-time remote role for someone who deeply understands Web3 culture, token dynamics, and community psychology. We are not building a meme coin or short-term hype project — we are building long-term infrastructure at the intersection of neurotechnology, AI-driven personalization, and a circular token economy. We need someone who can craft a powerful, compliant narrative and turn early believers into a high-conviction community. What You’ll Be Responsible For Community Building (From 0 → 100K+) Build and grow Telegram & Discord communities Design onboarding flows for new members Create structured engagement funnels Drive consistent participation Activate token holders Moderate discussions & manage sentiment Social Media & Narrative Strategy Own X (Twitter) strategy Build thought leadership positioning Develop storytelling threads Coordinate announcement cadence Create viral engagement formats Maintain regulatory-safe messaging (no price promises) Token Launch & Ecosystem Growth Plan and execute token launch campaigns Run incentive campaigns Drive liquidity awareness Work closely with tokenomics team Partnership & Community Collabs Identify Web3 KOLs Manage influencer campaigns Build cross-community collaborations Launch joint campaigns with other projects Activate wellness centers in Web3 communities Data & Growth Metrics Track and optimize: Community growth rate Engagement ratio Conversion from community → token holder Retention rate Viral coefficient Sentiment analysis Campaign ROI Ideal Candidate Profile You MUST have: 2–5+ years in Web3 growth Experience growing Telegram/Discord from scratch Managed at least one token launch or NFT launch Deep understanding of crypto Twitter culture Experience with community incentives & gamification Ability to create narrative momentum without hype Strong copywriting skills Bonus if you: Understand tokenomics Understand market maker dynamics Have experience in health-tech or wellness Have worked with compliance-sensitive tokens What We Are NOT Looking For Generic social media manager Meme-only marketer Paid-ad-only performance marketer Someone who relies only on influencer shilling Hype-focused pump culture
