The festival will feature massive stage designs, immersive lighting, and cutting-edge production technology that sets a new benchmark for live events in India.We’re on the lookout for a Production Head who can lead the end-to-end production of this mega event — from planning to flawless execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee complete event production including stage setup, sound, lighting, SFX, LED, trussing, power, and site infrastructure.Develop detailed production plans, timelines, vendor lists, and budgets.Manage vendor negotiations, equipment sourcing, and manpower coordination.Ensure all technical, safety, and compliance standards are met on-site.Collaborate with creative, artist management, and marketing teams to bring the festival vision to life.Supervise on-ground production teams during pre-production, setup, show days, and dismantling.Manage production budgets effectively while maintaining quality and innovation.Oversee stage scheduling, artist technical requirements, and show transitions.Troubleshoot on-ground challenges with efficiency and calm under pressure.Work closely with government bodies, permissions teams, and local authorities for site and safety clearances.Requirements4–6 years of experience in live event production, concerts, festivals, or large-scale corporate events.Strong technical understanding of sound, lighting, LED, rigging, and stage design.Proven track record of managing high-budget productions (₹1 crore+).Excellent vendor management, team leadership, and crisis-handling skills.Ability to create detailed production plans and ensure on-time delivery.Passion for music, festivals, and experiential events.PerksBe the driving force behind one of India’s biggest live productions.Collaborate with world-class artists, stage designers, and technical experts.Experience the thrill of creating a large-scale, high-energy music festival.Dynamic, creative, and passionate work culture.QualificationsMBA or Degree in Marketing, Event Management or related field
