The role involves implementing PMGM modules, aligning performance processes with business objectives, and ensuring seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules.Experience: 8+ yearsWork Location: Philippines / India (Remote) Contract Period: 6 months, extendable Shift : Australia Shift - 6 am to 3 pm IST / 8 am to 5 pm PHTRequired Skills & Experience8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with strong focus on PMGM moduleHands-on experience in goal management, performance forms, calibration, and route mapsExperience in PMGM configuration and implementation projectsGood understanding of HR processes and performance management lifecycleExperience in integrations with other SF modules (EC, Compensation, LMS, etc.)Strong knowledge of role-based permissions (RBP) and data modelsPreferred SkillsCertification in SAP SuccessFactors PMGMExperience in global implementations or multi-country rolloutsExposure to SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools (Stories, Canvas, etc.)Knowledge of SAP CPI / Integration CenterKey ResponsibilitiesConfigure and implement SAP SuccessFactors PMGM (Performance & Goals Management) moduleDesign and manage goal plans, performance forms, and performance review processesSupport end-to-end PMGM implementations, enhancements, and rolloutsCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurationsIntegrate PMGM with other modules such as Employee Central (EC), Compensation, and Succession PlanningPerform system testing (SIT/UAT) and support deployment activitiesProvide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stabilityPrepare functional specifications, documentation, and training materialsWHAT’S ON OFFER:You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
