The company is driven by a mission to attract talented engineers passionate about developing impactful products that make a difference.Role DescriptionDesign, develop, deploy and maintain backend services, APIs, and micro-services using programming languages Node.js, Python, Go, Java.Use AI coding tools to streamline development workflows — including code generation, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and test creation.Build scalable and reliable backend architectures that support high-traffic, low-latency applications.Collaborate with product and frontend teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.Develop and maintain database schemas, queries, and ORMs (SQL and NoSQL).Implement industry-standard security, privacy, and authentication practices.Write automated tests, participate in code reviews, and ensure best-in-class code quality.Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.Contribute to architectural discussions and long-term technical strategy.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).3–7+ years of backend engineering experience with one or more backend languages: Node.js, Java, Python.Familiarity with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Replit AI.Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, micro-services, and distributed systems.Excellent knowledge of databases: PostgreSQL, NoSQL Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).Experience in Solr and Elastic Search.Strong debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills. Familiarity with Continuous Integration/ Continuous Deployment pipelines and DevOps best practices.Knowledge of event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SNS/SQS) and secure payment systems (Stripe, Shippo).Strong experience with Spring Boot framework, including building production-grade microservices, REST APIs, and integrations.Solid knowledge of software design patterns and architectural best practices, with the ability to apply them effectively in real-world backend systems.
