We treat storytelling as a system, focusing on clarity, coherence, and long-term intellectual value rather than fragmented or unstructured drafts.Job Description:As a Literary Development Partner and Ghostwriter at Dozti, you will work directly with the principal author in a high-trust, collaborative environment to develop and execute long-form written works. The author will originate the vision, themes, and core scenes. Your role will be to translate those ideas into structured outlines, coherent narratives, and fully written manuscripts.You will be responsible for organizing ideas, building narrative flow, writing dialogue, and maintaining consistency across the entire book. You will be expected to independently write all dialogue, transitions, and narrative sections while preserving the author’s voice and intent. This role requires advanced writing ability, strong command of language, and the ability to execute at a high literary standard. This role requires both creative sensitivity and strong structural discipline. It is not an assistant role.
