Key responsibilities include managing crew activities, conducting regular equipment inspections, assisting in navigation duties, and maintaining legal documentation. This is a contract-based, on-site role located in Mumbai, requiring close collaboration with port and vessel teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.QualificationsFamiliarity with RORO vessel experience, harbor towage, pilotage operations is a big advantageComprehensive knowledge of safety protocols, environmental regulations, and compliance proceduresExperience in team leadership, crew coordination, and onboard personnel trainingProficiency in maritime navigation systems and emergency response proceduresExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsValid Chief Mate NCV certification and relevant trainingPhysical fitness and readiness to work in a demanding on-site maritime environment
