Job Title: IT Infrastructure Project ManagerLocation: India (Remote, must be based in India)Duration: Initial 6 month+ contractOverview: seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to support a greenfield factory build and related infrastructure initiatives in India. This role is focused on coordination, scheduling, documentation, and escalation, not deep technical delivery or application project management.The ideal candidate understands core infrastructure concepts but is not highly technical and does not come from an applications or Agile/Scrum background. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage basic IT infrastructure projects supporting a new factory buildSchedule and track infrastructure work such as switches, access points, fiber runs, virtual servers, and related activitiesWork closely with infrastructure architects and product groups to execute projects based on their designs and requirementsTrack project status, risks, and issues within ServiceNowDocument issues clearly and ensure proper escalation when requiredMaintain a strong sense of urgency and ownership across assigned projectsOperate effectively in a distributed global team environmentWhat This Role Is NotNot an applications project manager roleNot a Scrum, Agile, or software delivery roleNot a highly technical or hands-on infrastructure engineering roleNo data center build or relocation responsibilities Required Qualifications:ServiceNow for project trackingExperience as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager or Infrastructure-focused Project CoordinatorWorking knowledge of IT infrastructure concepts (networking, servers, access points, fiber, virtualization at a high level)Strong understanding of project management fundamentalsAbility to distinguish infrastructure work from application workStrong documentation and communication skillsAbility to work flexible hours aligned to India time, with some variability based on global coverage needsFluency in English (English is the official working language) Preferred Qualifications:PMP certification preferredExperience supporting greenfield builds or new facility IT infrastructure projectsPrior experience working with global or geographically distributed teamsKnows the difference between switches and mainframes Interested, Please share resume to
