Senior Manager - Manufacturing Excellence & Technological Expert

Role & Responsibilities• Identify Technological improvement opportunities across value chain & find technical solution• Implement improvement projects, by identifying new cutting edge technology & technology upgradation, in areas like Energy, Quality & Productivity• Implementation of Projects end to end- Identification, conceptualization, Supplier identification & management, cost benefit analysis, Internal stakeholder management, , budgeting, implementation• Identify pain points in process & new technologies available to address the same• Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities• Conduct benchmarking studies to determine best practices/designs and future trends• Liaoning with external technology providers, Suppliers, contractors• MIS generation• Ability to negotiate & convince the all stakeholders• Good communication and interpersonal skills, Analytical skills, Ability to present data effectively, Problem-solving skills• Understand & practice Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma and TPMQualification & Experience• Post graduation or graduation in Engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical)• Six sigma black belt or Green belt certification from Professional Body• Working experience of min.10 + years in manufacturing plants especially from Glass / Steel / Cement in implementing technology improvement projects and process improvements• Technical expertise in the work area, Distinguished record of creativity and innovation• Ability to use Computer, MS Office PackagesCritical Success Factors• Proven experience in delivering OE projects with target cost saving values on time bound manner• Inclination towards understanding & learning current technology trends & adopting same• Strong project management skills, data analytics skills, change management• Assertive, Self-driven & influencing skills• Good team player, adaptable & flexible
