Location: Kolkata, West BengalIndustry: Premium Fashion & Lifestyle / Leather GoodsExperience: 1–2 YearsJob responsibilities:- Marketplace & Website Management: Handle end-to-end cataloging and listing on our website and third-party marketplaces. - Order Fulfillment: Monitor daily incoming orders and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely dispatch. No order left behind! - Customer Experience Excellence: Be the voice of Kompanero for our online community. Handle customer queries, track shipments, and resolve issues with empathy and speed. - Returns & Refunds: Manage the reverse logistics process.
