The role involves coordinating with teams and ensuring smooth HR processes to support organizational goals.Qualifications- Expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) - Proficiency in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies - Strong skills in managing Employee Relations and engagement - Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills - Ability to work independently and effectively in an on-site role - Relevant educational qualification, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Experience in a similar role within the financial services sector is a plus
