The role requires a strong understanding of the government project ecosystem, experience in skilling and livelihood programs, and the ability to convert project opportunities into long-term collaborations.Key Responsibilities1. Government Project Acquisition- Identify, track, and pursue opportunities under Central and State skill development schemes. - Lead acquisition efforts for projects such as:a. Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY)b. Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY)c. Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra (PMKK)d. PM Vishwakarma Schemee. Utkarsh Bangla (West Bengal)...and other emerging government-led livelihood, entrepreneurship, and capacity-building programs.- Build strong relationships with government authorities, state missions, sector skill councils, and implementation partners. - Prepare project proposals, business plans, EoIs, RFP responses, and documentation in line with government guidelines. - Track policy updates, scheme changes, new tenders, and upcoming project opportunities.2.
