RL - Mortgages - Area Sales Manager -ASHA Home Loan - BranchAbout the Business Group:The Mortgages department is a part of the Retail Lending business of the bankand offers Asha Home Loans to all segments including affordable segment of customers Pan India.About the Role:This is a leadership role responsible for achieving business goals, optimizing profitability, overseeing compliance, and driving transformation within Asha Home Loan Business. It involves strategic planning and execution to maximize revenue, enhance portfolio growth, and ensure risk compliance.Details of the Role:DepartmentRetail LendingGradeMgr / Sr Mgr/AVPSub-DepartmentRetail Lending- ASHA Home Loan - BranchReporting (Business)Sr Mgr / AVP/VPLocationPan IndiaReporting (Matrix)Key Responsibilities:Business Goals and ProfitabilityDeliver disbursement targets in the assigned area through the Branch Banking channel. Monitor daily performance metrics and take proactive measures to meet area-level targets. Sales and Channel DevelopmentCoordinate with branch managers and staff for regular mortgage product training and support. Generate and convert leads from branches, ensuring alignment with zonal strategies. Compliance and Risk ManagementEnsure documentation, eligibility checks, and process adherence at the branch level. Support audit and compliance processes as per internal and regulatory norms. Customer ExperienceSupport branches in delivering seamless customer experience throughout the loan journey. Address and resolve escalations from customers or internal teams. Digital Adoption and InnovationDrive usage of digital tools like Siddhi, MLP, Omega, and SFDC by branch staff.Qualifications:Graduation/post-graduation from a recognized institute 6+ sales experience (secured products preferred) with at least 2-3 years in Home Loan and LAP (preferably affordable housing loans).
