Ltd.Location: Jalgaon, MaharashtraSalary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per monthExperience: 0–1 years (Freshers with good communication skills may apply) About the Role As a Customer Care Executive at S.K. Translines, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth customer experience. You will also support operational teams by coordinating with clients and ensuring timely communication. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries from customers. Provide information about shipments, delivery schedules, and company services. Register customer complaints/issues and ensure quick resolution. Coordinate with operations, accounts, and logistics teams for updates. Maintain daily call logs, feedback, and issue tracking in company records. Build positive customer relationships with polite and professional communication. Follow up with customers until their issue/query is fully resolved. Assist in customer retention by ensuring satisfaction and timely support. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred. Strong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English. Good telephone etiquette and problem-solving attitude. Basic knowledge of MS Office / WhatsApp / Email handling. Ability to multitask and work in a team environment. Previous experience in logistics, transport, or customer service will be an advantage.
