Conceal Shop Operator

To operate and maintain conceal shop machines and tools for manufacturing, cutting, bending, drilling, and assembling electrical fabrication components as per production requirements, ensuring quality and efficiency. Operate conceal shop machinery (cutting, bending, drilling, pressing, grinding, etc.) for fabrication of electrical panels, enclosures, and components. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders. Perform measurements, marking, and layout on sheet metal or components as per design. Maintain quality standards by checking dimensions and finishes using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauges). Follow safe work practices and adhere to company safety policies. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and tools. Identify defects or deviations and report to supervisor. Assist in material handling, storage, and proper usage of consumables. Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth workflow. Maintain records of daily production and machine usage.
