Senior Chef de Partie

Prepare and cook authentic dishes in Tandoor, Chinese, or Indian cuisine. Assist senior chefs with daily kitchen operations and food service. Execute recipes as per standards, ensuring consistent taste and presentation. Prepare kebabs, breads, curries, gravies, and wok-based dishes. Handle mise en place efficiently before and during service hours. Maintain proper portioning and minimize food wastage. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in all kitchen areas. Follow food safety standards and kitchen SOPs at all times. Store and handle raw materials and ingredients correctly. Support in menu planning, trials, and new dish development when required. Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality under pressure. Collaborate effectively with team members for smooth kitchen operations. Open positions for Kitchen Helpers, Commis, and CDPs (based on experience). Hotel Management/Culinary qualification preferred but not mandatory.
