Role Description The Exam Coordinator will oversee and manage all examination-related activities, ensuring seamless operation and adherence to established guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalgaon. Key responsibilities include scheduling exams, preparing and distributing exam materials, coordinating with faculty and staff, and ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory policies. The Exam Coordinator will also address student inquiries, oversee exam security, and provide post-exam analysis and reports. Qualifications Strong Communication skills to liaise effectively with students, staff, and stakeholders. Experience in Education, Youth Development, or related fields to support the academic and professional growth of students. Skills in Educational Leadership and Training to manage examination processes and facilitate staff collaboration efficiently. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Knowledge of examination regulations, processes, and data confidentiality. Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a relevant field; a postgraduate degree is an added advantage.
