Hiring: Group HR Executive (Manufacturing – Chemical Industry)Location: Jalgaon at Site + Regular Travel to Mumbai Head officeRole SummaryWe are looking for a hands-on HR professional to manage and build HR systems across our chemical manufacturing operations. This is a high-ownership role requiring strong on-ground presence at factory locations and the ability to implement structured HR processes from scratch.Key Responsibilities • Set up and standardise HR systems (recruitment, on-boarding, attendance, performance, exit processes) • Implement and maintain HR documentation aligned with ISO standards (ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001) • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, labour laws) • Manage factory HR operations: attendance, discipline, grievance handling, and worker engagement • Drive recruitment for blue-collar and staff roles; build stable workforce pipelines • Reduce attrition through structured retention initiatives and workforce planning • Handle industrial relations (IR) matters and contractor workforce management • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance systems, and HR records across locations • Support internal and external audits; ensure audit readiness at all times • Drive training programs, maintain skill matrices, and improve workforce productivity • Handle crisis situations (accidents, labour disputes, regulatory issues) with a clear understanding of legal frameworks and escalation protocolsRequirements • 3–8 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/chemical industry • Strong exposure to factory HR and blue-collar workforce management • Experience with ISO documentation and audits preferred • Good knowledge of labour laws, compliance frameworks, and crisis/legal handling • Ability to manage sensitive situations involving workers, authorities, and internal stakeholders • Willingness to travel frequently and stay at factory locations
