HR Executive

Experience Required: 1 to 3 years (Pharma or Manufacturing industrypreferred)Qualification: MBA / BBA in HR or equivalent Job Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Assist in attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management. Manage induction and training for new employees. Support performance management and appraisal processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and employee engagement activities. Maintain confidentiality and discipline within the organization. Key Skills: Knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office and HR software Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
