Role Overview : We are looking for a Credit Card Specialist / Product Manager who has a strong understanding of the credit card ecosystem and can contribute to building and scaling our offerings. This is a hybrid role combining product thinking, client advisory, rewards optimization, and content strategy. You will work closely with high-net-worth clients, helping them optimize credit card usage, loyalty points, and travel redemptions. Key Responsibilities : Client Advisory and Strategy • Understand client spending patterns, categories, and financial goals • Recommend the most suitable credit card portfolio based on lifestyle and usage • Guide clients on maximizing rewards, including both earning and redemption strategies • Assist with airline and hotel loyalty program redemptions Travel and Rewards Optimization • Advise on airline alliances, hotel programs, and transfer ratios • Help plan travel using points, including premium flights and luxury hotel stays • Simplify complex reward strategies into clear, actionable steps Content and Knowledge Building • Research and create credit card-related content for community.
