Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Quality Control (QA/QC) Manager located in Jalgaon. The QA/QC Manager will oversee and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality control policies, inspecting products for compliance with specifications, monitoring production processes, and collaborating with teams to resolve quality issues. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining certifications and ensuring consistent product quality. Qualifications Expertise in Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes, including inspection, testing, and compliance checks Strong knowledge of ISO standards (9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018) and experience maintaining related certifications Proficiency in identifying and resolving quality-related issues within production workflows Skills in process improvement and policy implementation to optimize quality management systems Ability to work collaboratively with manufacturing teams and leadership to ensure quality objectives Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field Prior experience in electrical, automobile, or manufacturing industries is preferred
