Personal Banker

Roles and Responsibilities Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and excellent customer service. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales, cross-sell products, and retain existing accounts. Identify business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and networking to drive growth in corporate sales, retail sales, and personal banking services. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures while maintaining a high level of accuracy in account opening processes (Account Opening). Collaborate with other departments such as cashiering, teller activities, relationship management teams to achieve overall branch goals. Desired Candidate Profile 2-6 years of experience in banking operations or related field sales roles. Strong understanding of banking regulations and industry standards. Excellent communication skills for effective relationship building with customers. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
