Roles & Responsibilities: Drive sales performance by onboarding, mentoring, and supervising insurance advisors Understand and fulfill the financial needs of walk-in and referred clients Deliver engaging product presentations and build trust with potential customers. Foster long-term relationships to ensure client retention and referrals.
