Prepare and verify client bills and sub-contractor bills as per approved drawings & BOQ Conduct site measurements, verification of quantities & reconciliation of materials Maintain RA Bills, Abstract Sheets, BOQ tracking & cost-to-complete reports Coordinate with Planning & Site team for WBS updates, progress tracking & budget alignment Handle Contracts & Commercial documentation (Work Orders, Price Comparisons, Change Orders) Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and ensure accuracy of steel consumption Maintain records for variation claims, extra items, deviations & escalation bills Support GST, taxation documentation, statutory compliance in billing Ensure timely bill submission, certification & payment follow-ups with client Assist in audit compliance and daily coordination with finance & management Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports on billing status, cash flow & cost utilization Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹45, ₹55,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work from home Ability to commute/relocate: Jalgaon, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required) Application Question(s): How many years of experience in site billing ?
