Walk in Drive for the position of Store Managers and Department Managers for Small as well as Large Reliance Grocery Retail stores for Punjab as well as Himachal Locations. Candidate should be open to join any locations at mentioned regions CTC: 3 LPA to 6 LPA (Monthly incentive i.e., variable part will not be a part of the CTC). Lucrative monthly incentive schemes. Eligibility Creteria: - Candidate should have min year experience of Retail, FMCG, Quick Commerce or QSR (Burger King, KFC,Mc Donalds and other restaurants chains), industries will be preferred. - Minimum Qualification Graduation. - People Management and customer service skills are required. - Candidate should have positive attitude and self-driven approach should be preferred.
