Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Production Manager located in Jalandhar. The Assistant Production Manager will assist in overseeing the production operations, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include coordinating daily manufacturing activities, managing schedules, supervising production teams, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining adherence to health and safety protocols. The role also involves troubleshooting production issues, optimizing processes, and collaborating with other departments for smoother workflow and continuous improvement. Qualifications Strong organisational, time management, and team leadership skills Experience in troubleshooting production processes and problem-solving Knowledge of manufacturing workflows, quality assurance, and safety standards Proficiency in using tools or software for production planning and process management Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Prior experience in a manufacturing unit or production environment is highly desirable Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹16,980.70 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
