The Tele Caller will handle day-to-day tasks such as making outbound calls to prospective students, providing program details, addressing inquiries, and explaining admission processes. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of conversations, following up on leads, and actively supporting enrollment objectives.QualificationsStrong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Ability to handle inquiries, explain programs, and provide accurate information Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and following up on leads Familiarity with using basic telecommunication tools and working efficiently in a team Knowledge of the education sector or prior experience in a similar role is considered a plus Minimum qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred
