Job Description: Senior Role (Placements & Corporate Relations)1. Strategic Leadership & Planning Visionary Roadmap:Develop and execute an annual strategic plan to achieve 100% placement targets across diverse streams (Engineering, Management, Design, etc.). Market Intelligence:Analyze industry trends, hiring cycles, and skill requirements to advise the university on curriculum updates and student preparedness. Forecasting:Project hiring needs for Fortune 500 companies and tech giants to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities. 2. Corporate Relationship Management Network Expansion:Leverage 8–20 years of existing industry connections to bring in "Super Dream" and "Marquee" recruiters (offering high CTC). Key Account Management:Maintain and deepen relationships with existing HR leaders and CXOs of top-tier firms. Collaborations:Facilitate MoUs for industry-sponsored labs, internships, and "Train-to-Hire" models. 3. Student Preparation & Enhancement PEP (Professional Enhancement Programme):Oversee the delivery of soft skills, technical brush-ups, and aptitude training. Mentorship:Guide the training team to design company-specific mock tests and interview simulations. Performance Tracking:Monitor student progress and eligibility to ensure maximum participation in placement drives. 4. Operations & Execution Drive Management:Supervise the logistics of large-scale on-campus and virtual recruitment drives. Team Leadership:Manage a large team of Placement Officers and managers, setting clear KPIs and performance benchmarks. Data Management:Oversee the accuracy of placement statistics for rankings (NIRF, NAAC) and marketing purposes.Desired Profile Attribute RequirementExperience 8 to 20 years in Corporate Relations, Recruitment, or Campus Placements. Education Post-graduation (MBA preferred) from a reputed institution. Network Proven track record of handling CXO-level relationships. Skills Exceptional negotiation, public speaking, and data-driven decision-making.
