Our brand stands for innovation, player-centric design, and high-performance products.Role Overview:The Executive Assistant to the MD will act as a trusted right hand, managing communication, schedules, stakeholder coordination, and follow-ups on behalf of the Managing Director. The ideal candidate is highly organized, articulate, and possesses the confidence and discretion required to represent leadership at the highest level.Key Responsibilities:Communication & Representation-Draft and respond to emails, messages, and business correspondence on behalf of the MD.-Screen and manage incoming calls, meeting requests, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.-Represent the MD in preliminary discussions and ensure timely communication flow across departments.Calendar, Travel & Meeting Management-Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule appointments, and handle travel logistics and itineraries.-Organize internal and external meetings, ensuring all pre-read materials, agendas, and follow-ups are handled.Business Coordination & Follow-ups-Coordinate cross-functional updates and ensure follow-through on action items discussed in meetings.-Assist in reviewing documents, reports, and presentations before submission to the MD.-Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information.Strategic & Administrative Support-Help prioritise and filter tasks for the MD to ensure strategic focus and time efficiency.-Act as a bridge between the MD and senior leadership, clients, and partners.-Provide administrative support including minutes of meetings, documentation, filing, and task tracking.Requirements:-3–6 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting Founders/MDs/CEOs in fast-paced organisations.-Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal – with professional email etiquette.-Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.-Confident, discreet, and able to handle high-level communication and sensitive information.Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic project coordination tools.To Apply: Send your resume and a short introduction to careers@ with the subject line: EA- to Managing Director {Your Name}.
