Key Responsibilities: Manage and process salaries and payroll operations efficiently Approve and administer appraisal slabs Foster and maintain a positive, cordial work environment among employees Plan, implement, and oversee incentive plans and rewards Utilize HR tools for record management, payroll, performance reviews, and employee engagement Serve as a strategic partner in employee relations and organizational growth Who You Are: Proven experience in Human Resource management Skilled in using HR software and digital HR tools (payroll, performance management, etc.) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Positive attitude with a passion for building a supportive team culture Experience with designing incentive and appraisal structures is a plus Salary- 2.4-3.0 LPA negotiable based on skill set Ready to make an impact and help shape our work culture?
