Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Meme Creator to develop and manage engaging content for third-party pages. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of internet culture, trends, and audience behavior, along with the ability to align content with strategic communication objectives.Key Responsibilities● Create relevant, high-engagement memes aligned with the client’s tone and objectives.● Manage and publish content on third-party social media pages.● Maintain an organized content calendar aligned with campaigns, announcements, and key public dates/events.● Track trends, viral formats, and pop-culture moments to create timely content.● Coordinate closely with internal design and content teams, as well as external stakeholders, for approvals and alignment.● Monitor performance and engagement metrics to optimize content strategy and improve reach.Eligibility Requirements (Non-Negotiable)● Education: Graduate or above in Journalism / Marketing / Mass Communication.● Experience: Minimum 2+ years (3+ years preferred) in meme creation, contentcreation, or social media management.● Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, etc.).● Ability to adapt content for different audiences and platforms.● Quick turnaround time and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.● Must be locally based in Jaipur.● Proficiency in Hindi and working knowledge of English.Skills● Strong creative thinking and sense of humor.● Excellent grasp of current trends and internet culture.● Basic knowledge of content analytics is a plus.● Good communication and coordination skills.
