Key Responsibilities Overseegeneral ledger accountingactivities including: Journal entries posting Balance sheet reconciliations Review of financial entries and reconciliations Preparecash flow forecastsand supportmonth-end closingactivities Analyze financial and operational data to drive business outcomes Support internal and externalaudit requirements Identify and solve complex business problems with strategic impact Interact with senior stakeholders and influence key decisions Manage large teams and ensure delivery excellence Define and implement strategies aligned with organizational goals Technical Understanding Strong knowledge ofGeneral Ledger (GL)andReconciliation Accounts Reconciliation accounts summarize sub-ledger data No direct postings are made to these accounts Key Skills Required Strong problem-solving and analytical skills High attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments Strong stakeholder and client management skills Leadership and team management capabilities Adaptable and flexible mindset Additional Information Willingness to work inrotational shifts Experience in handlinglarge teams and complex finance operationsis preferred
