· Managing travel logistics & Coordination with transport providers. · Manage day-to-day travel arrangements, including coordinating and overseeing transport bookings for tours and guests.· Liaise with drivers, transport vendors, and internal operations team.· Ensure timely vehicle allocation and smooth execution of travel schedules.· Maintain accurate records of trips, billing, fuel usage, and vendor payments.· Prior experience in travel, tourism, or transport management will be preferred.· Strong communication and coordination skills.· Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and email communication.
