Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Jaipur. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for actively engaging with customers, identifying their needs, providing personalized solutions, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include training new team members, managing sales operations, and offering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience. The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic retail environment. Qualifications Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build relationships with customers and team membersExperience in Customer Service and providing personalized solutions to meet client needsProven Sales skills, including the ability to meet and exceed sales targetsKnowledge of Sales Management and the ability to organize and oversee sales activitiesTraining skills to support the onboarding and development of new team membersStrong organizational and time management abilitiesExperience in the retail or fashion industry is a plusDiploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
