Job Summary: The Manager – Banquets & Room Sales will be responsible for driving revenue through banquet events and room sales. The role focuses on generating business from weddings, social events, corporates, and travel partners while ensuring strong coordination with hotel operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.Key Responsibilities:Banquets Sales: Handle banquet sales for weddings, social events, conferences, and corporate functions. Manage client inquiries, site visits, negotiations, contracts, and confirmations. Coordinate closely with operations, kitchen, and service teams for smooth event execution. Ensure client satisfaction and develop repeat and referral business.Room Sales: Generate room revenue through corporates, travel agents, event-based room blocks, and walk-in groups. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, travel agents, wedding planners, and event organizers. Achieve monthly and annual room and banquet sales targets. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns.Sales Strategy & Reporting: Plan and implement sales strategies to maximize occupancy and banquet revenue. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and revenue updates for management. Represent the hotel at sales calls, networking events, exhibitions, and roadshows.Requirements: 7–8 years of experience in Banquets and Room Sales, preferably in luxury or boutique hotels. Strong understanding of Jaipur’s wedding, leisure, and corporate market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to multitask and manage high-value clients and events. Proficiency in MS Office and hotel sales systems.Preferred Skills: Result-oriented and customer-focused mindset Strong coordination and planning abilities Professional grooming and presentation suitable for luxury hospitality
