About Reidius InfraReidius Infra is a Jaipur-based architecture-focused construction company offering complete building solutions including architectural design, premium residential construction, and project management, delivering quality, trust and transparency.Qualification:Graduate or Pursuing GraduationExperience:0–2 Years (Freshers can also apply)Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive responsible for generating high-quality leads through outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate and schedule high-quality leads for the sales team.Identify customer needs, understand requirements, and provide accurate information about products/services.Research customer concerns and provide suitable solutions or alternatives.Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into opportunities.Manage a high volume of outbound calls efficiently and professionally.Maintain proper records of all customer interactions and update the CRM system as per company standards.Meet individual and team qualitative and quantitative targets.Demonstrate strong communication skills and sales aptitude.Ask for the next meeting/appointment confidently and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skillsBasic knowledge of sales process and customer handlingAbility to handle objections and close conversations positivelyBasic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM handling preferred)Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
