We serve leading hospitality groups, cafés, hotels, and luxury homes by delivering thoughtful, high-quality, and design-first dining solutions.Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Intern to join our growing team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, client engagement, lead generation, and order coordination within the hospitality and lifestyle industry. You will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to support day-to-day activities and contribute to Lagavi’s growth in the hospitality sector.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & ResearchIdentify potential B2B clients (hospitality, retail, gifting, cafés, hotels).Conduct market research and competitor analysis.Client Outreach & CoordinationSupport the sales team in reaching out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and catalogs.Order Management SupportCoordinate with the sales and operations team to track client orders and ensure timely follow-ups.Update CRM systems with leads, opportunities, and status reports.Business Development SupportAssist in preparing pitch decks, case studies, and sales reports.Shadow senior team members during client meetings (where applicable).Reporting & DocumentationMaintain trackers, MIS sheets, and weekly reports on sales activities.Share feedback and insights to improve sales processes.What We’re Looking ForStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Interest in sales, business development, and the hospitality/luxury sector.Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace tools.Prior internship or project experience in sales/marketing (preferred but not mandatory).Perks & Learning OpportunitiesHands-on exposure to the hospitality B2B industry.Opportunity to work closely with founders and senior team members.Certificate of Internship on successful completion.Potential for full-time placement based on performance.
