Role OverviewThe Senior Sales Executive – Hospitality & B2B is a revenue-owning, closing-focused role responsible for converting Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) into confirmed orders and revenue for Lagavi.This role is designed for a sales professional who excels at consultative selling, negotiation, and deal-closure. The Senior Sales Executive works on pre-qualified opportunities provided by the SDR team and is accountable for revenue outcomes, deal quality, and forecast accuracy.Outbound prospecting will generate bonus incentives for this role. The primary focus is on closing business efficiently and profitably.A) Revenue Closure & Deal Ownership1) Take ownership of qualified leads (SQLs) handed over by the SDR team2) Conduct in-depth discussions to understand:Client concept, cuisine, and positioningNumber of covers/roomsProduct mix, quantities, and specificationsBudget expectations and commercial sensitivitiesDelivery timelines and operational constraints3) Recommend suitable Lagavi products, collections, and solutions aligned with client needs4) Prepare and present:Detailed quotationsProduct proposals and combinationsSampling plans, where required5) Lead commercial negotiations within the approved authority6) Close orders and achieve assigned monthly/quarterly revenue targetsB) Client Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for clients through the sales lifecycle until order handoverBuild trust-based, long-term relationships with hospitality and B2B clientsHandle objections, revisions, and decision delays professionallyUphold Lagavi’s premium, design-led brand experience in all client interactionsC) Internal Execution & Execution Support1) Coordinate closely with:Design team (for product recommendations and customisation inputs)Procurement and operations teams (for feasibility, lead times, and execution planning)2) Ensure complete and accurate handover of closed orders to operations3) Support resolution of critical pre-dispatch client issues, when requiredD) CRM Ownership1) Maintain accurate and up-to-date deal records in Zoho CRM, including:Deal stagesCommercial discussions and approvalsExpected closure dates and values2) Provide reliable sales forecasts based on real pipeline status3) Adhere strictly to sales SOPs, approval workflows, and documentation standardsE) Strategic Relationship Building1) Nurture long-term relationships with:Existing clientsArchitects, interior designers, and consultantsHospitality decision-makers2) Re-engage past clients and dormant accounts when relevant3) Any self-sourced opportunities that convert into revenue will be recognised and rewarded, but outbound activity volume is not tracked as a KPIKPI'sPrimary:Revenue closed (monthly/quarterly)Conversion rate from SQL → ClosedAverage deal valueSales cycle efficiencyForecast accuracySecondary:CRM accuracy and disciplineQuality of handover to operationsClient experience during the sales phaseExplicitly NOT KPIs:Cold calling volumeNumber of outbound emails or WhatsApp messagesSelf-generated lead countRequired Skills and QualitiesStrong consultative selling and negotiation skillsCommercial maturity and pricing judgementClear, confident verbal and written communicationAbility to manage complex, multi-touch sales cyclesHigh ownership of numbers and outcomesStrong CRM discipline (Zoho CRM preferred)Calm, professional, and client-first approachAbility to collaborate cross-functionallyPreferred BackgroundProven experience closing mid to large-ticket dealsExposure to restaurants, hotels, cafés, designers, or contractors is a strong plusExperience with lifestyle, design, or premium brands preferredWhat Lagavi OffersOwnership of meaningful revenue and high-value hospitality projectsBest in category performance-linked incentivesStrong growth pathOpportunity to work with a fast-growing, design-led hospitality brandCollaborative, respectful, and non-hierarchical work cultureWho will succeed in this roleSomeone who:Takes pride in closing quality businessThinks long-term, not transactionalValues structure, CRM discipline, and predictabilityEnjoys consultative conversations more than volume callingWants to build a serious B2B / hospitality sales career
