The Salesperson will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key tasks include lead generation, client follow-ups, site visits, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with the sales team and other departments to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.Qualifications- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Excellent proficiency in spoken Hindi and English mandatory (Marwari is a plus) - Experience in sales strategy, client acquisition, and lead generation - Ability to demonstrate and present products or services effectively - Analytical skills for identifying customer needs and potential market trends - Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills - Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and a proactive attitude - Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently - MBA degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred - Prior sales experience, in any field (not just real estate), is a highly preferred
