 Job Title: Retail Sales Officer (RSO)  Department: Showroom Sales  Brand: Tanishq (Titan Company Limited, Tata Group)  Location: Jaipur Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Handling Greet and assist walk-in customers warmly. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery designs or collections. Build long-term customer relationships through personalized service. Handle customer objections and queries politely. Support in after-sales service and exchanges if required. 2. Sales Achievement Meet individual and showroom sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell jewellery items and collections. Participate in promotional campaigns, festive sales, and events. 3. Product Knowledge Maintain deep knowledge of gold, diamond, platinum, and other jewellery collections. Stay updated on new arrivals, offers, purity standards, and hallmarking details. Educate customers about certification, making charges, and care instructions. Skills Required: Strong communication (Hindi & English, local language preferred) Polite, customer-friendly attitude Basic computer and billing software knowledge Good presentation and grooming Team player and target-oriented mindset Qualifications: Education:  Minimum Graduate (any stream). Experience:  1–3 years in retail / luxury / jewellery / fashion sales preferred. Freshers  with good communication and presentation skills may also be considered Salary: As per industry standards.
