The retail buying & merchandiser will be responsible for selecting and purchasing merchandise that aligns with superkicks brands and customers preference. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, managing vendor relationships, managing inventory levels, and developing merchandising strategies, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Work closely with sales teams to maximize profitability. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proficiency in Excel. Experience in Sales and Retail environments Knowledge of Marketing principles and strategies Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions Ability to work collaboratively with team members and suppliers Strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred Experience in merchandising or buying roles is a plus
