We work closely with developers to improve inventory absorption, sales visibility, and execution efficiency, without functioning as a traditional brokerage. Role Objective: The Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations Lead will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding developers and project owners with active inventory into Vridora’s sales ecosystem. This role acts as the primary external interface of Vridora with builders and senior stakeholders and is critical to the firm’s growth in the Jaipur market. Key Responsibilities:● Identify developers with ongoing or unsold inventory in Jaipur and surrounding markets ● Conduct in-person meetings with promoters, directors, and senior sales leadership ● Present Vridora’s collaboration and sales engagement model in a professional manner ● Evaluate project suitability based on location, pricing, inventory readiness, and demand ● Support commercial discussions and project onboarding in coordination with leadership ● Maintain structured records of meetings, market insights, and partnership progress● Provide periodic market intelligence and competitive insights to the internal teamCompensation:● Competitive fixed salary ● Performance-linked incentives based on project onboarding and inventory value ● Long-term growth opportunities aligned with company expansion Apply on: hr@
