Area Property Manager

Location: Jaipur Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Area Property Manager to assist in managing a portfolio of residential properties. You’ll support the Area Property Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, tenant satisfaction, and property upkeep. Key Responsibilities Support the Area Property Manager in overseeing multiple properties within your assigned zone. Coordinate tenant onboarding, check-ins, and move-outs. Handle tenant queries, maintenance requests, and escalations promptly. Conduct periodic property inspections and ensure issues are resolved efficiently. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor teams for smooth property operations. Maintain occupancy levels by ensuring timely turnovers and property readiness. Assist in rent collection, documentation, and other operational processes. Prepare daily/weekly reports on property performance and issues. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 2 – 4 years of experience in property management, facility operations, or hospitality preferred. Strong communication and coordination skills. Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle on-ground challenges. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data reporting. Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
