Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur, meant for a Head of Performance Marketing. The individual will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive growth. They will analyze campaign metrics, manage budgets, and lead a team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). The role involves utilizing web analytics to track performance and oversee campaign adjustments based on real-time data to improve outcomes. Additionally, the Head of Performance Marketing will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing and business objectives. Qualifications Strong expertise in Performance Marketing, including launching and managing campaigns to drive measurable resultsProficiency in Analytical Skills and Web Analytics for creating data-driven strategies and interpreting campaign performanceExperience in Performance Management and optimizing marketing budgets to achieve KPIs efficientlyProven Team Leadership abilities to mentor, guide, and inspire marketing teamsExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse teamsExperience in the digital marketing or technology industry is an advantageMaster’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
