Social Media Intern

Role Overview: We are looking for a confident, street-smart, and proactive Social Media Intern to support the planning and execution of on-ground Vox Pop shoots for projects. This role involves public interaction, conducting short on-camera interviews, coordinating with the shoot team, and assisting in content execution from ideation to final delivery. If you’re comfortable approaching people, love being around the camera, and enjoy real-time content creation — this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing Vox Pop shoots (public bytes). Conduct topic research and help frame interview questions aligned with campaign objectives. Approach and coordinate with participants during on-ground interviews. Coordinate with videographers, editors, and internal stakeholders. Ensure smooth on-ground execution and maintain required documentation. Organize shoot schedules, align casting requirements and track content flow from shoot to post-production. Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks, like project trackers and research and report preparation to ensure smooth team functioning. Requirements: Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi (mandatory) and English. Confident on-ground presence and ability to think on the spot. Willingness to travel within Jaipur for shoots. Interest in social media, digital content, and video formats. Comfortable using Google Docs and Spreadsheets. Energetic team player with good coordination and multitasking skills. Final-year student or recent graduate (Mass Media, Journalism, Marketing preferred but not mandatory). Some prior internship experience required.
