Role:Performance Marketing Manager – Meta & Google Ads Experience:3–7 years Office Hours:Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM Location:Sitapura, JaipurWhat You’ll Do Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Plan, launch, manage, and scale Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for Shopify Build and optimize advanced retargeting funnels (Website Visitors, ATC, IC, Purchasers, Email Lists, Video Viewers, etc.) Create and manage full-funnel strategies (TOF / MOF / BOF) Handle advanced campaign structures (CBO, ABO, Advantage+ Shopping, Catalog Ads) Analyze performance metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, AOV, Conversion Rate Develop creative strategies, define hooks & angles. Run continuous A/B testing on creatives, hooks, audiences, and offers Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitabilityAnalytics & Tracking Track and analyze performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag, and Shopify Analytics Identify scaling opportunities and performance bottlenecks using data insightsWhat You Bring 3–7 years of proven experience runningMeta Ads Strong expertise inretargeting and audience segmentation Demonstrated experience inscaling paid ads profitably Deep understanding ofcreative performance, customer psychology, and funnels Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills Experience managingsignificant ad budgets  Bonus (Good to Have) Experience withhome decor, linen, or lifestyle brands Experience selling toUSA / international markets Experience scaling brands tohigh monthly revenue Knowledge ofUGC, storytelling, and content-led ad creatives
