Sales and Marketing Manager (Clay )

The candidate would be responsible to develop and manage marketing programs, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building.Responsibilities- Gathers and analyses information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies majorly in field of Minerals/ Clay - Conducts market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products. - Conducts pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing. - Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership. - Analyses and evaluates financial aspects of product development. - Composes, develops, evaluates, and conducts training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies. - Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows. - Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy. - Performs other duties as assigned. - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Minerals market. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies. - Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events. - Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications- Local candidate from Mumbai or willing to relocate - Experience in marketing or related field - MBA in Sales and Marketing - Exposure to Industrial mineral /Chemical/ Plastic / Paint /Polymer industry will be Preferred.Experience:- Minimum 3 –8 years of experience of Industrial Minerals sales/ Clay Sales and Marketing.
