About Us Enbraun Technologies is the creator of eResource Scheduler, a leading resource management software used by businesses globally to optimize and manage workforce allocation.  Role Overview We're looking for a proactive SEO Specialist with 3+ years of experience who can take charge of our organic growth engine. This is a high-ownership role perfect for someone ready to build and scale SEO initiatives from the ground up. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and tech teams, and play a key role in shaping our digital presence, building future teams, and driving measurable business results. Key Responsibilities Design and execute complete SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical). Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits. Optimize content and website architecture for better rankings and user experience. Lead link-building campaigns and off-page strategies. Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, etc. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to implement SEO best practices. Set up systems, processes, and documentation for scalable SEO operations. Train and mentor future hires as the team grows. Stay on top of algorithm changes, tools, and trends to keep us ahead of the curve. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum 3 years of proven SEO experience with measurable results. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Experience with CMS platforms. Familiarity with technical SEO elements (crawling, indexing, structured data, etc.). Proficiency in tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Data Studio, etc. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
