Job Description:
Campaign Planning & Execution : Develop and manage performance marketing strategies across channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, affiliate marketing, and programmatic advertising. Set up and execute campaigns, including audience targeting, ad copy creation, and budget allocation. Optimization & Analytics : Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, tracking KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates. Conduct A/B tests, multivariate tests, and funnel optimization to improve campaign outcomes. Optimize ad spend to reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while scaling traffic and conversions. Reporting & Insights : Create dashboards and reports to communicate campaign results to stakeholders, highlighting insights and recommendations. Use multi-touch attribution to track customer journeys and refine targeting. Collaboration : Work with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages. Coordinate with product and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals. Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and third-party trackers. Innovation & Learning : Stay updated on industry trends, new platforms, and emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven ads, AR/VR formats). Propose innovative strategies to enhance campaign performance and brand visibility.
