Affiliate Marketing Manager

Job Description : - Affiliate marketing experience in the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia is required. - Develop annual affiliate campaign management and its execution calendar. - Own, develop and deliver an affiliate sales strategy across the UK, Canada, Australia, Europe and other international markets to drive revenue growth through affiliate marketing and meet business targets. - The capability to work across varying time zones and cultures is needed. - Monitor affiliate activity, performance analysis, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate- generated revenues. - Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonus offers. - Prioritize execution strategy based on revenue potential. Motivate affiliates to provide maximum exposure and revenues. - Run well-conceived A/B testing to help optimize affiliate campaigns and their sales. - Promote Affiliate programs in all relevant affiliate directories, forums. - Communicate with affiliates via email and telephone. - Optimize all aspects of affiliate program through established and new networks. - Implement initiatives that enhance affiliate productivity, create new growth opportunities and increase ROI. - Daily affiliate management including ongoing development and deployment of fresh marketing creatives, affiliate communications, offers, affiliate payments, and dispute resolution.
